- by Kipling Luke Sanders
Blue, a ring-tailed lemur is a typical lemur that likes to eat plants, nuts, and fruit. Blue loves to watch tennis on TV with his parents. Blue’s parents decide to get Blue tennis lessons from Coach Eagleton, a colossal American Bald Eagle Tennis Pro. Blue overcomes many obstacles such as a size disadvantage and having to compete against an octopus with 6 tennis rackets. Succeeding successfully was a lot harder than he expected. Blue also learned how to overcome self-doubt and fear of failure.
At his lowest point, when he was ready to give up, Coach Eagleton motivated him and pushed him to face his fears. Blue became willing to do whatever it takes to master his plan and attain his significant goal of becoming a Champion.
After Blue’s success, his next challenge was to help young lemurs learn how to play tennis and be loving to the world.
